This page gives an additional screen-capture video showing that Google Toolbar continues tracking a user's browsing even after a user specifically disables the Google Toolbar via the Manage Add-Ons window. This video also confirms that Google Toolbar tracks searches occurring at other search engines. All testing occurred on January 23, 2010.
